-
- I would like to thank everyone who replied concerning my request
- for information about the Kenwood TS-520S HF radio!!!
-
- I was overwhelmed by the responses!!
-
- I have thus acquired a TS-520S by trade of some quipment with a friend.
- This is my first HF rig, so now I must get to studying so I can upgrade!
-
- The overal responses were as follows:
-
- The TS-520S is a Good all-around basic rig
-
- It is very durable, reliable, and easy to repair.
-
- The average price should be somwhere between $300 and $400
- depending on what accessories come with it.
-
-
- Now that I have one, I am looking for anyone who would sell, or knows where
- I can get any of the following accessories:
-
-
- The digital display module
- The external VFO
- CW Filter
- FM board (if exists)
- External X-verters
-
-
- I would appreciate you input on finding these!
-
- Thanks again for all the replies!!!!!!
